To comment online, go to the
Draft EIS page and click
on "Draft EIS" at the top of the page. This will take you to the
document.
At the top of the page is the "Table of Contents" (click on the chapter you’d like to read). Use the
table of contents to open each chapter. There is also a link to this page if you have more questions.
You can either scroll through the pages of the chapter or use the arrows in the top left corner of
the grey toolbar (right above the document). After you read the document (or the parts you are
interested in) you can tell the project team what you think about the document. You can comment on the:
- Whole Document (you will only have to fill in your contact information once, no matter how many pages or
chapters you are talking about)
- Current Chapter (fill out a form for each chapter you are commenting on)
- Current Page (fill out a form if you have several comments on one page of the document)
When you click on one of these comment options, the comment form will open in a
new window. To make it easier to read the document and comment, you can switch between
these two windows (reading and commenting) at your own speed. You must fill in your
contact information in the comment form or your comment will not be considered.
