Draft Environmental Impact Statement

After the five alternatives were recommended and adopted in December 2007, detailed study started for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (Draft EIS). The Draft EIS outlines existing conditions in the project area and the impacts of the five Build Alternatives and a no Build Alternative (read more about this process on the Environmental Impacts page).
